respondents No.2 to 5.

Counsel for respondents No.2 to 5 shall obtain instructions as to

why in spite of orders dt.25.03.2017 and 06.11.2020, the respondents No.2 to 5

have not constituted an SPIO under the Right to Information Act, 2005 till date.

They shall also inform why copies of the information sought for

by the petitioner through application made on 02.11.2019, have not been

furnished to the petitioner till date.
