Learned Counsel Mr. A. Bhattacharjee is present for the
petitioner.
The petitioner has challenged the entire proceeding of
Baijalbari P.S. Case No.2025 BJB 002 registered under Section
21(c)/25/29 of NDPS Act which was ended in chargesheet later
on. This petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS.
Heard Learned Counsel for the petitioner.
Considered.
It is submitted verbal notice is supplied to Learned P.P.
representing the respondent No.1. So no further notice is required
to be served upon the respondent No.1. However, the petitioner
may take steps for service of notice upon the rests respondents
i.e. the respondents No.2 and 3 both in the main petition and also
in the IA both by normal process and registered A/D post or speed
post within seven days and file proof of service.
Let the record be called for from the concerned Learned Trial
Court.
