The learned Government Advocate shall obtain instructions as to

when the vacancies existing in various departments of the State Government

earmarked to be filled up for persons with blindness and low vision indicated

at paragraph 5 of the affidavit dt.08.04.2026 filed by the respondents, are

going to be filled up.

He shall also obtain instructions as to when the post of State

Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities for the State of Tripura, would be

filled up.

The State shall also explain why tactile facility is not provided in

various government hospitals to assist people with low vision or blindness for

using the hospital facilities.
