It is seen from the Registry's note dated 01.04.2026 that notices issued upon respondent Nos. 1 to 5 have returned un-served with a note from the Process Server that the addressees could not be found on the specified address due to insufficient address. It is also seen that no service report has yet been received in respect of respondent No.6.

Accordingly, proof of service is awaited in respect of respondent No.6.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant shall once again take out notice on the respondent Nos. 1 to 5, if required by way of "Dasti" service and file proof of the same before the Registry.

List this matter once the proof of service is placed on record by the learned counsel for the applicant.
