This present application has been filed to stay the operation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 04.05.2024 passed by the learned Commissioner Employees' Compensation, West Tripura, in Case No.T.S.(EC) 15 of 2016.

Heard.

There shall be a stay of the impugned Judgment and Award, subject to the condition that the applicant deposits 50% of the decreetal amount. It is submitted at the Bar that the said amount has already been deposited. Accordingly, since 50% of the decreetal amount has already been deposited, the claimants are permitted to withdraw the same unconditionally.
