Heard Ld. Addl. GA Mr. D. Sarma for the appellants,
and Ld. Counsel, Mr. Sayantan Talapatra for the respondent.
The appeal is admitted on the following substantial
question of law:
"Whether the impugned Judgment dated 07.03.2025 passed by the Ld. District Judge, Udaipur, Gomati in TA 05 of 2022 and related decree thereof affirming the Judgment and decree passed by Ld. Trial Court in TS 03 of 2019 are perverse for holding that reasonable opportunity was not provided to the respondent before cancellation of his license for running Fair Price Shop, despite the fact that 3 days' time was allowed to him to submit his show cause reply."
The appeal may be heard on any other substantial
question of law at the time of hearing.
Copy of memo of appeal may be handed over to Ld.
Counsel, Mr. Talapatra by the appellant.
