This is an application under Chapter VIII(P) of the High Court of Tripura

Rules, 2023 for passing an interim order staying the operation of the judgment and order

dated 27.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) 46 of 2024 till disposal of

the writ appeal.

Heard and perused the record.

After perusal of the record, it appears to this court that the matter needs to

be examined and in view of the interpretation made by the learned Single Judge of this

Court with regard to the relaxation to the post applied by the petitioner in WP(C) 46 of

2024 and the nomenclature applicable for such recruitment.

In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the operation of the

judgment and order dated 27.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.

46 of 2024 shall remain suspended until the disposal of the writ appeal.

Accordingly, the instant interlocutory applications stands allowed and thus

stands disposed of.
