Heard Mr. D. Paul, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Mr. Paul, learned counsel submits that the petitioners
being aspirants for the post of Under Graduate teachers qualified T-
TET exam in the year 2022 and they also acquired 18 months
D.Ei.Ed. from NIOS. Thereafter, Teachers' Recruitment Board,
Tripura did not recommend their names without any reason.
According to the petitioners, their diploma was valid in view of the
judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case
of Jaiveer Singh vs. State of Uttarakhand in SLP(C) No.23583 of
2022 decided on 28.11.2023. Therefore, the present writ petition
has been filed by the petitioners.
Mr. K. De, learned Addl. G.A. has appeared for
respondent nos.1 to 7 and waives service of notice upon them and
seeks adjournment to submit counter affidavit.
Considered.
Issue notice upon respondent nos.8 and 9 by registered
post with A/D.
Step to be taken by the petitioner within 7(seven) days.
