This present application has been filed by the applicant-

appellant for condoning the delay of 49 days in preferring the connected

appeal against the impugned Judgment and Award dated 20.07.2024

passed in T.S.(MAC) No.11 of 2022.

Heard both sides and perused the records.

For the reasons indicated in the accompanying affidavit filed

in support of the petition, the present condonation application stands

allowed, and the delay stands condoned.
