=O=R=D=E=R= 18/03/2025 The present appeal is at the stage of the application for Special
Leave bearing No.10 of 2023 instituted under Section 378(3) of Cr.P.C.
directed against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 04.02.2023 passed
in Case No. S.T(Type-I) 06 of 2019 by the learned Sessions Judge, North
Tripura, Dharmanagar whereby the respondent has been acquitted of the
charges under Sections 279/304 (Part-II) of the Indian Penal Code.
Mr. Raju Datta, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the
appellant-State prays for some time to make preparations from the lower
court records.
Mr. Asish Nandi, learned counsel for the respondent also prays
for time.
Accordingly, matter is adjourned to be listed after 6(six) weeks.
