Heard Mr. BN Majumder, learned sr. counsel assisted by Mr. DJ

Saha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Mr. Majumder, learned sr. counsel has advanced his argument

on the point of maintainability of second writ petition for the purpose of

implementation of the order passed in the earlier writ petitions. He relied upon

Judgments vide Nos. WP(C) No. 34606 of 2021 titled as Gourahari Lenka Vs.
