Heard Mr. A. Bhaumik, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner.
Mr. Bhaumik, learned counsel submits that the petitioner was
appointed as Contingent Worker under Sub-Treasury Office,
Dharmanagar, on 01.04.2007 and since her appointment she has
been discharging her duty of an LDC as per instruction of her
authority, but despite the same minimum pay of the scale of a
Group-C (LDC) has not been provided to her and for that reason
she has preferred this writ petition.
Mr. Bhaumik, learned counsel also submits that earlier the
petitioner filed one writ petition bearing no.454 of 2021 praying for
her regularization in the service to the post of LDC and the court
disposed of the said writ petition on 22.05.2023 with a direction to
the respondents to consider the matter of her regularization in
view of the judgment passed on 16.03.2021 by this court in WA
No.163 of 2019.
Learned Sr. G.A and learned G.A have appeared for all the
respondents and have sought for an adjournment to submit
counter affidavits.
