Heard Mr. S. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. A. Nandi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents-ONGCL.

The matter relates to recruitment of the petitioners to the post of Pharmacist, Grade IV (Allopathy) under the ONGCL. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the results of selection of candidates in the process of recruitment have been cancelled after conducting both the written as well as the interview showing administrative reasons. The petitioners have relied upon a decision passed by a Division Bench of the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in R/Letters Patent Appeal No.138 of 2024 in R/Special Civil Application No.7516 of 2022 along with other connected matters. However, this judgment and order dated 22.04.2024 passed by the Gujarat High Court has been stayed by Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated 05.08.2024.

In view of this, list the matter on 11.03.2025 for placing the latest order, if any passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court.
