HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARINDAM LODH Order 05/02/2025 Heard Mr. SM Chakraborty, learned Advocate General assisted by Mr.

Kohinoor N. Bhattacharjee, learned GA appearing for the applicant-

contemnors.

This is an application filed under Chapter VIII Rule A3(g) of the High

Court Rules, 2023 for passing an interim order staying the further

proceeding of Cont.Cas(C) 97 of 2024 till disposal of the writ appeal.

Learned Advocate General has submitted that the judgment and order

dated 01.10.2024 passed by this court in W.P(C) 95 of 2024 is in seisin

before the Division Bench of this court in an intra-court appeal being W.A.

05 of 2025.

In view of the above, list the matter on 11.03.2025.

Meanwhile, the applicant-contemnors shall furnish copy of the stay-order

before this court.
