04.12.2025 Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

This application has been filed under 2nd Proviso of Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 for condoning delay of 73 days in preferring the appeal before this Hon'ble Court against the impugned judgment and award dated 10.12.2024, passed in T.S. (MAC) No. 04 of 2021.

For the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit and the averments made out before this Court during the course of arguments, delay caused in preferring the appeal is condoned and the same is ordered.

In view of the same, this instant interlocutory application is allowed and thus disposed of.
