This present application has been filed for condoning

the delay of 97 days in presenting the connected appeal,

challenging the impugned Judgment and Award dated 25.06.2024

passed in T.S.(MAC)153 of 2019 by the Member, Motor Accident

Claims Tribunal, West Tripura, Agartala.

When the case is called, Mr. Sankar Lodh, learned

counsel appears on behalf of the applicant as ell as Mr. Sankar

Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appears for the respondent-owner.

Having heard the submission at the Bar, and on perusal

of the averments made in the affidavit appended to the instant

condone delay application, this present interlocutory application

stands allowed and the delay stands condoned.
