This appeal has been filed under Section-151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for withdrawing the awarded compensation in terms of the judgment and order dated 24.07.2023 passed by this Court.

In view of the requirement expressed in their affidavit, this Court is inclined to consider the request of the counsel for the applicant for need of money and accordingly, the same stands allowed giving entitlement to the applicant for withdrawal of the amount as prayed for.

In view of above, the application stands allowed and disposed of.
