This is an application for condoning delay of 457 days in

preferring the appeal challenging the impugned judgment and award

dated 11.07.2022 passed by the Learned Member, MACT, West Tripura,

Agartala, Court no.5 in connection with T.S.MAC No.01 of 2019.

Heard both the sides.

Considered.

No objection from the other side regarding condonation of delay.

So, considering all, the grounds set forth in the application filed

by the appellant-Insurance Company the delay is hereby condoned.
