The respondent-wife has got a decree of divorce vide impugned

judgment dated 16.02.2024 passed by the learned Addl. Judge, Family Court,

Agartala, West Tripura, in T.S. (Divorce) No.608 of 2021 under Section 13(1)(i-

a) & (i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 on the ground of cruelty and

desertion.

Issue notice upon the respondent under ordinary process and speed

post for which requisites be filed within one week.

Notice is made returnable on 02.07.2024.
