No.2 and Mr. P.K. Ghosh, learned counsel for respondent No.6.

Both Mr. Ghosh and Mr. De submits that the judgment of

this Court has been complied with by the respondents and Mr. K. De

submitted copies of some document including one file note in this

regard. Mr. Ghosh, learned counsel also submitted photocopies of

some documents with copies to Mr. Nath, learned counsel. Mr. K.

De, learned counsel will furnish copies of his documents to Mr.

Nath, learned counsel by the course of the day.
