This is a review petition under Section 114 of the Code of Civil Procedure read with Chapter VIII of the Tripura High Court Rules, 2023 against the judgment and order passed by the Single Bench of the Hon'ble High Court of Tripura in Case No.WP(C) No.710/2023 dated 26.02.2024 whereby and whereunder the Hon'ble Court held that, the service tenure of the writ petitioner (herein respondent no.1) stands protected in view of the letter dated 24.11.2023.

I have gone through the review petition and on perusal of the same I find that the petitioner has not made out a case of review as enshrined under Order 47, Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Section 114 of CPC and hence, the review petition deserves no consideration.
