Learned Counsel for the applicant is reported to be out of

The applicant-appellant has filed this appeal challenging the

judgment and award dated 21.09.2023 passed by Learned Member,

MACT, Tribunal No.2, North Tripura, Dharmanagar, in connection

with case No.T.S.(MAC) No.46 of 2021 and along with the memo of

appeal an application under Section 5 of Limitation Act is filed for

condoning delay of 152 days.

Issue notice upon the O.P. respondents by normal process and

also by registered A/D post in the I.A. and also in the appeal.

The applicant-appellant may take steps within seven (7) days

and file proof of service.
