The appellant-applicant has preferred this appeal challenging

the judgment and award dated 22.01.2020 passed by Learned

Member, MACT, West Tripura, Agartala, Tribunal No.2 in connection

with Case No.T.S.(MAC) No.223 of 2016 and along with the memo of

appeal another application under Section 5 of Limitation Act is filed

for condoning the delay of 836 days in preferring the appeal.

Heard Learned counsel for the appellant-applicant.

Considered.

There is no objection from the side of the respondent-

claimants.

This court is satisfied with the grounds as mentioned in the

application and considering the facts and circumstances the delay is

hereby condoned and accordingly the IA stands disposed of.
