The appellant-applicant has preferred this appeal challenging the

judgment and award dated 21.02.2022 passed by Learned Tribunal,

Court No.1, West Tripura, Agartala in connection with case No.

T.S.(MAC) 147 of 2018 and along with the memo of appeal another

application has been filed by the appellant-applicant under Section 5 of

the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 10(ten) days(excluding the

period preferred w.e.f 15.03.2022 to 13.02.2024 in view of the order

dated 13.02.2024 in Civil Misc(Review) 02 of 2022) of Learned Member,

M.A.C.T., West Tripura, Agartala in preferring the appeal.

Heard both the sides.

Considered.

This court is satisfied with the grounds as mentioned in the

application and considering the facts and circumstances of the case the

delay is hereby condoned and accordingly the IA stands disposed of.
