This is an application filed by the applicants-State praying for extension of time to comply the judgment and order of this Court dated 27.06.2023, passed in WP(C) No.999 of 2022 (D/O).

The applicants-State have prayed for another 3(three) months' time to comply the judgment and order dated 27.06.2023.

This Court had passed an order to comply the judgment and order within a period of 2(two) months, but, this application for extension of time has been filed after expiry of 4(four) months. The applicants-State should come forward before this Court before expiry of 2(two) months as ordered by this Court.

However, considering the contentions made in the present application for extension of time, this Court deems it fit to allow the application for extension of time for another 45 days from today.

With the above direction, the instant I.A stands disposed.
