By the impugned judgment dated 27.03.2023 learned Sessions

Judge, North Tripura, Dharmanagar has affirmed the conviction and

sentence imposed upon the petitioner by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,

North Tripura, Dharmanagar in case No. CR(NI) 17 of 2015 whereby and

whereunder petitioner has been convicted for the offence punishable under

Section 138 of the N.I. Act and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for one

year along with a fine of Rs.10,00,000/- (rupees ten lakhs) and a default

sentence.

Admit.

Call for the lower Court records.

Issue notice on the sole respondent under ordinary process and

registered cover with A/D, for which requisites be filed within one week.

Office to prepare Paper Book after receipt of the LCRs.

List the matter under the heading "hearing" in usual course.
