This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for

condoning delay of 54 days in preferring the connected appeal against the

Judgment & Award dated 12.08.2022 passed by the L.A. Judge, West Tripura,

Agartala, Court No.4 in the case no. Misc.L.A 43 of 2017.

Heard Mr. S. Ghosh, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

Mr. U.K. Majumder, learned counsel appearing for the respondents

has no objection to the said prayer.

In view of the above, the present interlocutory application for

condoning delay stands allowed and thus disposed of.
