This interim application has been filed by the petitioner for correction of

the error/mistake in the Judgment and Order (Oral) dated 08.08.2023 passed in

WP(C) 553 of 2021.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and after

going through the averments made in the application, this Court is of the view that

the averments made in the application are self-explanatory and thus, the same

stands allowed and disposed of directing the Registry to do the needful in this regard.

Accordingly, the interlocutory application is allowed and disposed of.
