HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. INDRAJIT MAHANTY _O_ R_ D_ E_ R_ 16/09/2022 This is an application filed by the applicant for stay of

further proceedings pursuant to judgment dated 14.05.2019 passed by the

learned Land Acquisition Judge, Court No.3, West Tripura, Agartala.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondents that in

the meantime the appellant had deposited the decretal amount before the

executing court and the executing court has also released the amount

deposited in favour of the claimants.

Therefore, in view of the said statement, nothing remains for

grant of stay in the present appeal.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
