Mr. Somik Deb, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Abir Baran,

learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted at the outset that

in view of the common judgment dated 07.02.2022 in WP(C) No. 916/2021

(Dr. Biplab De vs. The State of Tripura & Ors.) and WP(C) No. 917/2021 (Dr.

Rishi Raj Chhetree vs. The State of Tripura & Ors.), the petitioner intends to

withdraw this petition, if the leave is given to the petitioner to file a fresh writ

petition, if the future circumstances so require.

Prayer stands allowed.

This writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as

above, reserved to the petitioner.
