As an interim measure, the operation of the impugned judgment

dated 02.02.2021 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.154 of 2020 is stayed

and the Appeal No.37 of 2021 arising out of SA No.29 of 2019 pending

before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal may proceed and pendency of

the present appeal shall not stand in the way of the said proceedings.
