HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD _O_ R_ D_ E_ R_ 27/01/2022 When the case is called, Mr. Janardan Singh, AE (Civ), Officer- in-Charge, Rear Ex-Setuk is present before this Court and through learned Assistant Solicitor General, Mr. B. Majumder, it is represented that the petitioners in this interlocutor application seeking extension of time for complying the order of this Court. Mr. Singh, has further submitted that they have no objection to make payments to the land-owners in terms of the judgment and also in terms of the recommendation made by the State- Government. Since the compensation amount needs to be released by the Union of India, they have already addressed in this regard to the concerned officer of the Union of India, Delhi but the same still is pending.

Since, this reasoning is not indicated in the affidavit filed in support of the present I.A., this Court is not inclined to accept the I.A. and when the Court has expressed the mind to dismiss the application, learned ASG has requested a day's time for filing better affidavit providing appropriate reasoning.

Request considered.

Let the matter be listed on 28.01.2022 and on which date, Mr. Janardan Singh, AE (Civ), Officer-in-Charge, Rear Ex-Setuk, shall remain present before the Court at 10.30am.

A copy of this order be furnished to Mr. B. Majumder, learned ASG during the course of the day.
