Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Also heard Mr. PK Dhar, learned senior GA assisted by Ms. Sarama Deb, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-contemnor. Mr. Dhar, learned senior GA has submitted that an appeal has been preferred against the impugned judgment 13.07.2021 passed in WP(C) 363 of 2020.

Mr. Deb, learned senior counsel has conceded to it and he is not pressing the instant petition at this stage. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed with liberty reserved to the petitioner to file any application of the same nature, if he is aggrieved by any order.
