This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC, read

with Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking exemption

to file certified copy of the Judgment and Order dated

27.06.2022 passed in WP(C) No.130 of 2021 and other batch of

matters passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and

perused the evidence on record.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit

appended in this instant interlocutory application, the same

stands allowed.

Accordingly, the present interlocutory application stands

disposed of.
