This application has been filed under Order-XLI, Rule-5 of the CPC for staying the operation of the judgment and decree dated 17.12.2021 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Court No.5, West Tripura, Agartala in connection with case No. Title Appeal No.63 of 2016.

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that the applicants are in possession of the suit property since long back. In view of the above submission, for the balance of convenience, the order of protection by way of status quo be maintained by both the parties subject to the land in question.

Accordingly, both the parties shall maintain status quo till the disposal of the connected appeal.
