11.01.2022 rendered by this Division Bench in an earlier batch of writ
appeals being Writ Appeal No.284 of 2021 [The Union of India vrs. Smt.
Anjana Roy (Chakraborty) and others] and other connected matters.
Accordingly, the present writ appeal also stands disposed of in
terms thereof.
