appellant.

The following substantial question of law will be determined
at the time of hearing.
"Whether the Judgment and Decree of the Courts below are perverse for not deciding on evidence the question of "possession" of the entire „A‟ Schedule land in spite of assertion and denial of this fact by the parties in their pleading."
The appellant is at liberty to take out personal notice on the
respondents by way of RPAD and file proof service thereafter.
Registry is also directed to issue notice to the respondents
and file proof of service.
List the matter for hearing immediately after the
preparation of the paper-book in its usual course.
