This application has been filed by the claimant-applicants

praying for release of the awarded amount deposited with the Registry

pursuant to directions of this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Union of India

has no objection to the same.

Since the appeal being L.A. Appeal No.89 of 2013 has been

disposed of by judgment and order dated 28.07.2015, there is no

impediment in releasing the amount in favour of the claimant-applicants.

Accordingly, the I.A. is allowed and the Registry is directed to

release the deposited amount in favour of the claimant-applicants according

to their respective share as entitled to after verifying their identity by

remitting the same to their individual Bank accounts, details whereof along

with photocopy of the first page of their passbooks be submitted in the

Registry of this Court within two weeks from today.

Application stands disposed of.
