petitioner along with Ms. Shreya Agarwal, learned advocate.

Heard Mr. Asutosh De, learned advocate appearing for the private

respondents. Also Heard Mr. S. Ghosh, learned Addl. P.P representing

the State respondents.

The order dated 06.08.2021 passed by this Court staying release

of the cows from the custody of the Gosala of the petitioner shall

continue to be in operation until disposal of the case.
