By means of filing this IA, the petitioner wants

correction of his name in the Judgment dated 17.11.2020 passed by

this court in Criminal Revision Petition No.47 of 2017.

Heard Mr.A.Sengupta, learned counsel appearing fort

the petitioner.

Heard Mr.Ratan Datta, learned PP representing the

State respondent.

Petitioner's name has been wrongly typed as 'Luchuf

Miah'. According to the petitioner, his name is 'Iuchuf Miah'.

Therefore, his name shall be corrected wherever it

occurs in the said judgment of this court as 'Iuchuf Miah' instead of

Luchuf Miah'. Make the correction and deliver a corrected copy of

the judgment to the counsel of the petitioner.

In terms of the above, the IA is disposed of.
