Heard Mr. Somik Deb, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. D Datta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

Issue pre-admission notice.

Since, Mr. D Sharma, learned Addl. GA appears and waives notice for the respondents, no formal notice is called for.

List the matter on 01.10.2021.

In the meanwhile, the respondents are required to only clarify their position in respect of the assertion made by the petitioner that on the date of the judgment i.e. 06.02.2020 there were 65 promotional posts of drivers under the Directorate of Health Services. Such assertion has been made based on the disclosure made under the RTI Act, through the communication dated 18.06.2020 (Annexure-H to this petition).

There shall be an attempt to hear the matter finally on the next date.

A copy of this order be supplied to Mr. D Sharma, learned Addl. GA appearing for the respondents in the course of the day.
