It has been apprised by Mr. A. Bhowmik, learned counsel appearing for

the petitioners that from the judgment and order, violation of which has been

alleged in this petition, a writ appeal has been preferred by the Tripura State Council

for Science and Technology. An interim order of stay has been passed subject to

admission of the said appeal.

Be that as it may, in view of the development which occurred after filing

of this petition for drawing up of contempt proceeding, list this matter on

10.11.2021.
