Mr. S.M. Chakraborty, learned senior counsel appearing for the

respondents has pointed out that from the same judgment as challenged in this

appeal another appeal is pending in the Court of the District Judge, South Tripura,

Belonia and on application of the respondents, the court has issued the notice on

the appellant why both the appeals will not be heard by this Court. The returnable

date of notice in that transfer petition is 16.11.2021.

In view of that, list this appeal on 18.11.2021.
