Heard Mr. S. S. Debnath, learned counsel appearing for the

applicant and also Mr. B. Majumder, learned ASGI appearing for

the Officer Commanding, 112 RCC GREF, Panisagar, North

Tripura.

The said Officer Commanding filed the appeal being LA APP

59 of 2012 from the judgment and award dated 11.10.2010

delivered in Civil Misc.(LA)66 of 2009. The said appeal has been

dismissed by the common judgment and order dated 04.03.2016.

To satisfy the award dated 11.10.2010 a sum of Rs.1,19,098/-

has been deposited in this Registry by cheque dated 18.02.2019.

By means of this application, the sole referring-claimant

prays for withdrawal of the said amount. There is no impediment

in disbursing the said money to the sole referring-claimant.

Hence, the Registry is directed to allow the applicant namely

Jyotsnamoy Dewan withdraw the deposited amount with interest,

if any. Disbursement shall be made in accordance with the

procedure.

In terms of the above, this application stands allowed and

disposed of.
