Learned Advocate General stated under instructions that for

implementing the judgment of the High Court the State Government has

already framed the scheme.

List the matter on 9th November, 2021, by which time the

State shall file affidavit of the responsible officer bringing the scheme on

record and demonstrating that the same is in conformity with the

judgment of the Court and the directions contained therein and attendant

circumstances if they want to state. A copy in advance shall be provided

to the counsel for the petitioner latest by 1st November, 2021.
