[1] Heard Mr.H.K.Bhowmik, learned counsel appearing for

the petitioner. This is a petition filed by Smt.Mayadebi Chakma,

daughter of the original claimant(now deceased) for disbursement of

the amount of compensation in terms of the judgment of this court

passed on 14.10.2016 in MAC App.No.7 of 2012. The petitioner in her

affidavit has stated that her mother in whose favour the compensation

was awarded has died on 29.11.2016 and in support of her contention

petitioner has submitted the death certificate of her mother issued by

the competent authority which has been annexed to her petition as

Annexure-8. She has also submitted copy of the survival certificate

dated 17.05.2017 issued by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Kumaghat

which has been annexed to the petition as Annexure-9. It is stated in the said survival certificate that the deceased claimant is survived by his

only daughter Maya Debi Chakma.

[2] In view of these facts and circumstances, the Registry is

directed to disburse the amount of compensation in terms of the order

of this court passed in MAC App. 07 of 2012 in favour of Smt. Maya

Debi Chakma by transferring the whole amount to her individual bank

account on verification of her identity. Smt. Chakma will submit before

the Registry an indemnity bond indemnifying all future claims before

the amount is released in her favour.

[3] In terms of the above, the petition is disposed of.
