This application is filed by the original petitioner for revival of the

Contempt Cas(C) No.64/2020. This contempt petition was disposed of by

an order dated 21st January 2021 on the ground that the judgment on which

the contempt petition was based was stayed by the Division Bench.

However, it was clarified that in future if the stay is lifted and there is delay

in implementing the judgment, it will be open for the petitioner to revive

the contempt petition. It is pointed out that the Division Bench dismissed

the writ appeal by a judgment dated 29th January 2021 and so far the

directions contained in the judgment of the learned Single Judge are not

complied with.

In the result, the Contempt Cas(C) No.64/2020 is revived.

Interlocutory Application is disposed of.
