Heard Mr. S Dey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act,

1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India alleging violation of the

direction contained in the judgment and order dated 15.09.2020 passed in

WP(C) No. 1255 of 2019.

Issue notice as to why such proceeding, as noted above, shall not

be drawn against the respondents for committing contempt of court by

disobeying willfully the direction of this court as reflected in the said judgment

and order; and/ or why such other order(s) shall not be passed as deem fit and

proper, having regard to the context and the necessity for attaining substantive

ends of justice.

Notice is made returnable on 03.08.2021.

The petitioner shall take steps for service of notice on the

respondents by registered post with A/D within 3(three) days from today.
