Mr. P. Roy Barman, learned senior counsel has submitted that this instant writ petition is squarely covered by a judgment of this court. On the other hand, Mr. PK Dhar, learned senior GA has not supported the contention, as pleaded by Mr. Roy Barman, learned senior counsel. However, Mr. Roy Barman, learned senior counsel is requested to furnish a copy of this judgment to Mr. PK Dhar, learned senior GA in course of the day.
