Heard Mr. S. Lodh, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioners as well as Mr. D. Bhattacharjee, learned G.A.

appearing for the State-respondents and Mr. R. Datta, learned

counsel appearing for respondent No.3.

Mr. Lodh, learned counsel has submitted that the subject in

dispute in the present writ petition is covered by the judgments

of this Court passed in Writ Appeal No.142 of 2019 disposed on

03.12.2019 and WP(C) NO.1437 of 2019 disposed on

20.01.2020.

Mr. Bhattacharjee, learned G.A. as sought for 10 days'

time to examine the judgment and the subject matter of the

case.

Prayer is allowed.
